Self-catering cottages and studio apartments
Situated at the foot of the Boschberg mountains are Hockley Cottages. Our three cosy 2-bedroom cottages have fully equipped kitchens with undercover braai and parking areas. We also have four double en-suite bedrooms with kitchenette and secure undercover parking available. All units are self-catering or bed & breakfast.
ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
You have the option of one of 3 self-catering cottages or one of 6 studio apartments. Each cottage consist of a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge area, 2 bedrooms, one en-suite (double beds in both rooms), second bathroom, carport for 2 vehicles and an undercover braai.
Our studios each consists of a one bedroom, en-suite unit with a kitchenette. Undercover parking is provided and guests are welcome to use the braai facilities.

LOCATION
Hockley Cottages offer the perfect location from which to explore Somerset East and surrounding Eastern Cape countryside. The cottages are within an easy walking distance from the town centre of picturesque Somerset East. The town lies at the foot of the Boschberg Mountains, providing a forested mountainous backdrop that includes 16 waterfalls within sight of the town. Noteworthy activities include a visit to the Walter Battiss Art Museum, fly fishing, biking, hiking or a round of golf at the local 9-hole.
